RICHARD F. SMITH, III graduated the Frank G. Zarb School of Business in Hofstra University and was awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Management in 2011. Richard III worked summers with Smith Surveying since 2004. He is proficient with robotic and manual digital electronic total stations, data collection systems, Leica SmartNet GPS system and cell based survey data transfer. Rich serves a field crew chief, and an analyst. He plans to seek a degree in Land Surveying and his surveying license.
